Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY POLICY
The buyer is responsible for all shipping related costs. However in the case of large items needing special crating, this will be extended to 7 business days to enable us to carefully prepare the item for shipping. Any item needing special or exceptional packaging or crating will occur a charge for this extra step which will be quoted on a case by case basis.
RETURN POLICY
You may return the item for the full purchase price under the following conditions:
- You have procured shipping insurance for both the initial delivery and return;
- That the identical item is returned in at least the same condition as when originally sent;
- That we receive the item no later than seven (7) business days after your notification.
Assuming you fulfill the above conditions, we will promptly refund the full purchase price. However, the shipping and packing cost will not be refunded. Should the item be damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper to initiate a claim for damage(s). We will provide any necessary paperwork to help you with your claim.
